How to use the sling

The hoisting belts produced by Zhongyi are of two types: two-end buckle type and ring type; there are many kinds of materials, the conventional ones include: high-strength polyester, high-strength polypropylene, and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene.

Advantages and disadvantages of slings Slings have the characteristics of light weight and high strength, but they are not resistant to extrusion, especially for objects with edges and corners. 2. The binding or hanging is not firm or unbalanced, which may cause the sliding without hanging
(1) When locking and hanging, try to make the object evenly stressed and lock it a little

3. When loading goods with sharp corners and edges, the sling must be protected by means of sheathing and corner protection. It is strictly forbidden to use the sling on the rough surface to avoid the sling being cut by the corners or scratched by the rough surface.

4. Polyester and polypropylene have different properties and cannot be mixed. Polypropylene must be used in the pickling workshop. Polyester must be used for long-term outdoor work or storage. High temperature or strong corrosiveness cannot be used.
5. The opening angle of the eye of the sling should be less than 20 degrees. During the lifting process, the eye is cracked and cannot be used;


Lifting belt work plan
1. Lifting and hoisting is a dangerous operation, the operating environment is complex, and the technology is difficult
2. Before the hoisting operation, a special hoisting plan shall be formulated according to the operation, and the hoisting plan and safety technology shall be disclosed to the personnel participating in the hoisting operation.
3. During the hoisting operation, place a warning line around, set up eye-catching warning signs, and set up special guardians as far as possible in dangerous places
4. The hoisting operators should choose a safe location to work according to the on-site operating conditions, and the hoisting area is prohibited from standing and passing.
5. During the hoisting process, there must be a special person to command, and other personnel must obey the command. The lifting command should ensure that the lifting driver clearly and accurately sees and hears the command signal.


Storage and maintenance of slings
1. When not in use, the sling should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place. Place slings on racks and keep them away from heat, chemicals, fumes, corrosive surfaces; direct sunlight or other sources of UV radiation.
2. If the sling is in contact with acid and/or alkali during use, it is recommended to dilute it with water or neutralize it with appropriate substances before storage. The soaked or cleaned sling should be hung up to dry naturally.
4. The range of -20℃ to 100℃ is the stable working range of the sling. Each fixed connector and flexible sling needs to be checked regularly after use, and professional personnel will conduct safety inspections to eliminate hidden quality problems in time.
5. The use of slings in dangerous situations should follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Severely damaged flexible slings should be eliminated in time, and should not be repaired and continued to be used.

Scrap standard for slings
1. Surface scratches. During normal use, the surface fibers of the envelope will be scratched, which are normal scratches and will hardly affect the performance of the sling. Attention needs to be paid to all severe abrasions, especially those around the edges. Localized wear is different from general wear, and may be scratched by sharp edges when the sling is forced to straighten, and these sharp edges can cause the envelope to be cut.
2. Cut the mouth. Any damage to the stitches, transverse or longitudinal, on the surface of the envelope can have a serious impact on the integrity of the carrier core.
3. The bearing core is exposed and damaged.
4. Chemical attack. Chemical attack can cause localized weakening or softening of the sling, manifested as surface fibers falling off or rubbing off; chemical attack on the envelope will have a serious impact on the integrity of the load-bearing core.
5. Thermal damage or friction damage. The envelope fiber material is very smooth in appearance, and in extreme cases the fiber material may fuse together, impairing the performance of the load-bearing core.
6. The accessories are damaged or deformed.
